Providence Highlands
The Providence Highlands is a community nestled above beautiful Cache Valley in Providence, Utah. Homeowners enjoy panoramic views of Cache Valley, play areas for families, trails for walking and biking, and visually appealing architectures that make a cohesive neighborhood. As the community grows, homeowners will be able to stroll down Maple lined streets, and families will be able to enjoy the expanding common areas.
Providence Highlands Community Association
Homeowners have formed the Providence Highlands Community Association (PHCA) to:
- Create community
- Add long-term value
- Create open-space recreation areas

The PHCA is governed by a Board of Directors that works to fulfill the community’s guiding principles. The Board has agreed that it should strive for openness, consistency and reasonableness in all of its activities.
