My partner Dave and I, are original (part-time) residents of the Highlands. We embrace our community and hope to live (full-time) in an environment that values integrity, accountability, collaboration and diversity.
1) Provide clear and effective communication. Communications must be actionable, be relevant and have an accountability measure that ensures homeowners are advised.
2) There is no commonly accessible resource for documentation/requirements. For our community to thrive we must have an easily accessible list of standards.
3) The PHHA is not responsive. There must be accountability by the home-owners association to RESPOND to homeowner concerns.
